Terms and Conditions

To ensure the safety of you and your guests as well as our equipment, Tot-Topia includes as part of our rental agreement that you review and agree to implement the following:

(*Travel fee for parties more than 30 mins from Nashville*)

*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT TRANSFERABLE. 

*ALL SPACES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE SET-UP*

*NO WATER OR LIQUIDS ON EQUIPMENT *

*If there's any chance of rain we will not set-up outside*

Tot-Topia reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any justifiable reason determined by management.

Possible causes for refusal are but not limited to: Bug infested spaces, Hazardous spaces, or spaces that poses possible danger to Tot-Topia staff or equipment.

Tot-Topia is not responsible for any injuries (slips, falls) that may occur during the event. Children should be supervised at all times. This is the responsibility of the Renter, and other adults that will be present
